Structera is a self-serve, pay-as-you-go procurement spend classification platform. We turn raw transaction exports into a clean, 3-level spend taxonomy anchored to the global standards (UNSPSC, SIC, NAICS, NACE), with a sample- first review workflow so you can validate accuracy before paying anything.
Why we built it
The category of “spend analytics software” is dominated by enterprise platforms aimed at large corporates with dedicated procurement analytics teams. They're excellent for that buyer, but they leave a gap: SMEs, finance teams, consultants, and consultancies doing one-off spend reviews can't justify a multi-month implementation and a six-figure annual contract just to get their transaction data classified.
Structera fills that gap. Same job (classify procurement spend into a usable taxonomy), different shape (self-serve, pay-as-you- go, no implementation, no contract). The work that used to take a procurement analyst weeks now takes minutes.
What we believe
- Standards alignment is non-negotiable. Every Structera taxonomy is anchored to UNSPSC at the leaf level with SIC / NAICS / NACE cross-references at the top, so your spend cube is comparable with industry benchmarks and any major ERP from day one.
- Sample first, pay later. You should see accuracy on a real slice of your data before committing money. Every Structera workflow runs the sample for free before the apply step ever asks you for payment.
- Humans correct the AI, not the other way round. AI gets things wrong. You review a free sample of your own data before paying, and correcting a row takes one click.
- No vendor lock-in. Export an Excel file at any time, plug it into any BI tool, walk away whenever you want.
